We've got you, we hear you and we want to make a difference! Mental Health Event good for the mind, heart, body and soul! October 26th, Wren Farm

Have you ever been affected by or know someone that has suffered from Depression? If you have, then you’ll know how distressing this could be. We lost someone very dear to us due to depression and suicide which is why supporting mental health charities and finding ways to help people suffering from depression mean the world to us.

We are organising a charity health and wellness event on Saturday October the 26th at Wren farm in Hogsthorpe in aid of supporting mental health and wellness of farmers and the larger community within our area. The event will be running from 11am till 6pm.

The aim of the event is to offer activities that might create an interest for individuals to take up on a regularly basis in support of better wellbeing

This fundraiser will greatly help put wheels in motion to create an instant access tool and initiatives, offer various different support channels, groups and activities, for individuals to access in time of need.

We thought long and hard about an actual physical way to support individuals. Lots of time and love has gone into our project which we believe will have such a positive impact on the community and those affected.

How will your funds work?

The funds will not only help support various mental health charities but will push forward our incentive to have a physical support unit and an instant access platform with tools and activities. More than just a "reach out and talk" initiative but an actual "be there and sort it" approach. 💚

Entry is by donation and welcomes participants to take part in all the exciting fitness classes taking place throughout the day, discovering new businesses and talent, absorbing the buzzing atmosphere and being part of something amazing all in aid of better mental health opportunities. Creating new and exciting lifelines.
